Our hotel is
the newly remodeled Crowne Plaza - Baltimore North, located just off
I-83 exit
16), approximately two miles north of the Baltimore Beltway (I-695).

76.63189 for those of you with GPS's] It is accessible by car, and
close to a light rail station, and
we are working on being able to provide shuttle service from the light
rail station to the hotel.
Currently there is not a shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
In addition to the hotel's restaurant there are several restaurants in
all price categories within a
three mile radius of the hotel including a very good 24 hour diner just
about a mile away.

The hotel rate is $124.00 per night (plus applicable taxes) Single,
Double, Triple or Quad occupancy.

Current plans (subject to change) are:

The
Chesapeake Rooms 1-6 are to be Dealers Rooms.
- Dulaney Valley 1 will be the Green Room for the fashion
show, and the taped out stage for practice.

Dulaney Valley 2, Ridgeley 1 & 2, and
Greenspring Ballroom 4 & 5 will programming
rooms.
- Greenspring 1 & 2 will be the Dolls, Quilts and
Exhibits areas.

Timonium Room will be
part of the Con Suite. The Con Suite itself will be the front
part of the Atrium (up to the edge of the Northern Lights Restaurant
and Bar).

And the
main stage area will be the back half of the Atrium
.
